1. Educational Purpose

WriteReader is an educational literacy platform.
The Service may only be used for lawful educational
purposes.

2. User Roles

• Institutions contract with WriteReader.

• Teachers create and manage student accounts.

• Students use the platform under teacher supervision.

• Parents may assist and provide consent where required.

3. Account Responsibility

Teachers and institutions are responsible for:

• Supervising student use.

• Ensuring appropriate parental consent.

• Maintaining account confidentiality.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Upload unlawful or infringing material.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Interfere with platform security.

• Conduct automated data extraction without written permission.

Students must use the platform only for educational purposes.

5. Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of content they create and they can delete/edit it at any time.

6. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

WriteReader does not sell student data or use it for advertising.

7. Termination & Data Deletion

Upon termination of institutional service:

• Data will be deleted or returned within 90 days.

• Backup deletion occurs within 180 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

WriteReader’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing excludes
liability where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Material changes affecting user rights or data practices will be communicated at least
30 days prior to taking effect.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Disputes are subject to Danish courts
